About the Role
Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. (FHR) is looking for a creative and innovative AI Graphic Designer who is passionate about combining design excellence with the latest AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing visually engaging marketing materials, branding assets, corporate presentations, recruitment campaigns, and digital content while leveraging AI to enhance creativity, productivity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing creatives, social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, and corporate communication materials.
- Create visually compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Develop AI-generated images, illustrations, infographics, and visual concepts for marketing and branding.
- Produce engaging promotional videos, reels, motion graphics, and multimedia content using AI and traditional design software.
- Design branding materials for recruitment campaigns, HR consulting services, and business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Consulting teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest AI design technologies, trends, and creative workflows.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience using AI-powered creative tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, presentations, AI-generated artwork, and marketing designs.
