Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues, track complaints, and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, support) for customer queries
- Maintain CRM records, update customer info, and track interactions
- Provide product info, process orders
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
