Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and meeting schedules.
- Support employee onboarding and administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist management with various administrative tasks and special projects.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Administration or Office Management.
- Experience in handling vendors, facilities, and office operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
