Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience and a deep understanding of major Indian e-commerce platforms like Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart. You will be responsible for handling daily operations, cataloging, order management, and improving product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Day-to-day operations and maintenance of seller panels on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Listing & Cataloging: Creating high-quality single and bulk product listings with accurate details, attractive titles, and bullet points.
Inventory & Order Management: Monitoring stock levels, updating inventory across all platforms, and coordinating order processing to ensure timely dispatches.
Visibility & Growth: Working on keywords, product SEO, and running platform advertisements (Ads) to increase sales and visibility.
Returns & Claims: Handling customer returns, managing RTO (Return to Origin), and filing SPF/Safe-T claims efficiently.
Data Management: Maintaining daily sales, returns, and inventory reports in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
