Key Responsibilities:
-Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management
-Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meetings and follow-ups
-Handle email communication, correspondence, and meeting arrangements
-Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
-Maintain records, documents, and important data in an organized manner
-Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
-Act as a point of contact between management and employees/clients
-Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (mandatory)
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
