- Plan and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Handle maintenance of production machines, electrical systems, DG, transformer, compressors, and other plant equipment.
- Identify machine problems and ensure quick breakdown resolution.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce machine downtime.
- Maintain proper maintenance records and machine-wise logbooks.
- Conduct root cause analysis for repeated machine breakdowns.
- Manage and guide electricians, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with the Production and QC teams for maintenance requirements.
- Ensure availability of required spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Monitor maintenance costs and control unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors when required.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the maintenance area.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.
- Experience in manufacturing/production machinery maintenance.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a maintenance team.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance records and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
