About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Trainee to assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain project timelines, task lists, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Attend client and internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Follow up with team members regarding pending deliverables.
- Update and maintain project documentation.
- Help prepare project reports and presentations.
- Ensure all project files and documents are properly organized.
- Support project managers with daily operational activities.
- Learn and follow company project management processes and best practices.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, B.Tech, BCA, or related field.
Pay: ₹5,500.00 - ₹7,500.70 per month
