About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dedicated Full-Time Script Writer to work closely with the Director on a series of cinematic fashion films and outfit-based short films.
The Director will verbally explain the core idea, story concept, characters, situations, visual references, mood and creative direction. The Script Writer will be responsible for developing these ideas into complete, professionally structured film scripts.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the Director's verbal ideas and creative vision.
- Develop rough concepts into complete and engaging stories.
- Create a proper beginning, story progression, climax and ending.
- Develop characters, situations, emotions and relationships.
- Write complete scene-by-scene film scripts.
- Write natural and purposeful dialogues wherever required.
- Describe character actions, situations and important visual moments clearly.
- Maintain proper cinematic flow and pacing throughout the script.
- Develop scripts specifically for a 10–15 minute film format.
- Naturally integrate fashion, outfits, locations, music and visual elements into the story.
- Participate in creative discussions and develop ideas further when required.
- Make changes and rewrite the script according to the Director's creative direction.
- Maintain consistency in the storytelling, characters and overall creative tone of the project.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Understands film-based storytelling and cinematic language.
- Can convert a simple verbal idea into a complete and engaging story.
- Can think visually and create scenes that can be effectively translated onto screen.
- Understands character emotions, behaviour and relationships.
- Can write realistic, natural and cinematic dialogues.
- Has a strong understanding of Indian/Hindi cinema and storytelling.
- Can work closely with the Director and understand his creative vision.
- Is capable of contributing creative ideas while maintaining the Director's original vision.
Important
This role is not limited to writing down the Director's ideas.
The Script Writer will be expected to understand, structure, develop and creatively refine the Director's concepts and convert them into a polished film script that can move into the filmmaking and production process.

Pay: ₹9,642.88 - ₹15,222.94 per month
