We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations for our men’s wear garment manufacturing and distribution unit. The role involves inventory control, inward–outward management, dispatch coordination, and team supervision to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, accessories, trims, and finished garments
- Ensure proper stock rotation, labelling, and stacking as per garment standards
- Coordinate with production, PPC, merchandising, and logistics teams
- Plan dispatch schedules to meet sales and production timelines
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff (storekeepers, helpers, loaders)
- Monitor stock discrepancies, shortages, and damages
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs
- Handle vendor coordination for transport and logistics support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in the garment industry (men’s wear preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight dispatch timelines
- Knowledge of fabric handling and finished goods storage is a must
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
