Kall Trip Pvt Ltd is a travel and hotel/car rental/packages management Co, in continuous operations, for 15 years. We presently have offices in Andheri East Mumbai & Delhi and plan to open in other regions soon.
Open Positions are for Andheri East Mumbai
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Follow up on those leads interested in buying our hotel rooms/car rentals/packages.
2. Call New Leads, posting each sales stage within CRM
3. Must be willing to learn about the hotel industry software & sales
Full-time in office 10 hours per day from 10 am to 8 pm , 5 days per week, and minimum basic salary is Rs 15000 is payable plus conveyance plus lunch allowance plus incentives. TOTAL CTC per annum is approx 2,40,000 plus incentives.
If candidate is willing to do Physical on-site calls to large travel agencies/corporates, for tie-ups as required, then additional pay up to Rs 5000 per month is available, based on no of sales calls. And all visit costs are reimbursed. Saturday/Sunday is off, unless work requires your presence in which case you can work from home.
Sales Incentives up to Rs 10,000 , based on closed sales are available in all roles, depending on the performance.
Full time work appointment in regular pay grade will be available to deserving candidates after 6 months, based on performance and management discretion. After 6 months , minimum salary will be 30000 plus incentives for physical sales role .

Are minimum 12 th pass with english medium throughout ; hospitality degree is preferred. Age less than 25 only.
Must have dynamic pleasing physical personality and good on phone voice.
Can start the work from job/internship between 01 Oct 2026 and 01 Nov 2026. WFH is possible but daily performance reports must be provided.
Intern must be available for minimum duration of 6 months and can be offered a full time job, if found suitable.
We prefer candidates who have relevant skills and interested in travel.
