About the Role
Infinity Infoway Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and client interaction. The role primarily involves connecting with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions to generate qualified leads for our Education ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound cold calls daily to prospective educational institutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads.
- Update CRM with daily call reports, lead status, and meeting details.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the benefits of our Education ERP software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager for lead closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, EdTech, or IT Software sales will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with schools, colleges, or universities is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory.
