We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 2D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong space planning skills, hands-on experience in AutoCAD, and the ability to convert client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings and layouts for assigned interior projects.
- Understand client requirements and incorporate concepts into design plans.
- Perform space planning and furniture layout preparation.
- Finalize soft furnishing selections and material details.
- Prepare electrical drawings based on finalized layouts.
- Visit project sites for measurements and design discussions.
- Maintain project files and update daily work progress regularly.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager for layout and drawing approvals.
- Work closely with the 3D Visualizer to create realistic 3D views.
- Make drawing revisions and modifications whenever required.
- Prepare project estimations and quantity details.
- Share finalized drawings with the factory/production team.
- Coordinate with the execution/project team during site implementation.
- Collect project completion and customer satisfaction reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of space planning and furniture layouts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Goal-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in residential/commercial interior projects is preferred.
