Job Summary
WEXO Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates to join our 6-month Work From Home Telecaller Internship Program.
The intern will gain practical experience in telecalling, customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales support while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain customer and lead details accurately.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling and lead reports.
- Attend online meetings and training sessions as required.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
Eligibility
- Students and freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Good internet connection and a suitable device for remote work.
- Willingness to learn and work with targets.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working from home.
