1. To follow and implement ISO 15189:2012 &2022 & NABL 112 requirements.
2. Maintain the Quality management system policies of Accuris Labs in coordination with Central QA team.
3. Define, implement, and monitor standards of the established QMS of the medical laboratory services.
4. Planning, organizing, and monitoring various activities and processes of the section, including pre-analytical variables.
5. Assigning and deploying, the human resource in order to provide timely Lab diagnostic services.
6. To train, motivate, develop, and guide the human resource in order to enhance effectiveness at the workplace.
7. To review the slides and provide a diagnostic report to the clients.
8. To release RT-PCR Reports and provide advice to those requesting information about the test and use of the laboratory services and the interpretation of laboratory data.
9. In coordination with Lab Director monitor the work performed in the lab to determine that reliable test results are being generated.
10. Reviewing the LJ charts, daily IQC and monitoring of Quality indicators.
11. Ensuring appropriate EQA participation and analyzing the EQAS/ILC performance.
12. Holds responsibility for release of departmental lab reports of all patients on established turnaround times.
13. Daily meeting with staff to review and plan daily / weekly / monthly activities and issues.
14. Interacting with doctors, for test ordering practices, clarification and reports and counseling patients whenever circumstances permit.
15. Implement a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good laboratory practices and applicable regulations.
16. Address any complaint request or suggestion from users of laboratory services.
17. Participate in CMEs/ Conferences, so that it has an influence on the perception of doctors.
18. Preparation and implementation department specific SOPs.
19. Provide educational programmes for the medical laboratory staff and participate in educational programmes of the institution.
20. Maintains oversight of department specific inventories and material consumption; and raises requests for indent and issue of items as needful for lab function.
21. To ensure active immunization against Hepatitis B.
22. Responsible for quality assurance in all aspects of testing.
23. Establishes effective quality control and ensures assessment programs are in place.
24. Prioritizes implementation of initiatives and tests.
25. Conducts annual reviews of the Supervisor and technical staff.
26. Conducts annual reviews of other medical staff as required.
27. Participates in developing relationships with clients (physicians/hospitals/other labs).
28. The employee shall not disclose any information that was developed /generated /gained by the employee during his/her employment to any such person, body or association that can affect directly or indirectly the business interest of the organization and confidentiality of the patient.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
