Job Summary - Field Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves visiting customers, identifying sales opportunities, demonstrating products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective and existing customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
