Position Summary
Modulas is expanding its footprint beyond local borders and physical showrooms. We are seeking a strategic Export & Online Sales Manager to lead our international market entry and optimize our digital revenue streams. This role requires a unique blend of logistical expertise in global trade and a data-driven mindset for e-commerce growth. You will be responsible for making Modulas a globally recognized name in modular kitchens and wardrobes.
Key Responsibilities1. Export & International Business Development
- Market Entry Strategy: Identify and penetrate high-growth international markets (e.g., Middle East, Europe, or SE Asia) for modular furniture.
- Partner Onboarding: Recruit and manage international distributors, franchisees, and large-scale real estate developers for overseas projects.
- Compliance & Documentation: Oversee the end-to-end export cycle, including IncoTerms, customs documentation, shipping logistics, and international quality certifications.
- Global Networking: Represent Modulas at international trade fairs and furniture expos to build a B2B pipeline.
2. Online & E-commerce Management
- Digital Storefront Ownership: Manage the Modulas website and listings on major furniture marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Pepperfry, or regional equivalents).
- Online Lead Conversion: Optimize the "Direct-to-Consumer" digital funnel, ensuring online inquiries for modular kitchens are efficiently routed and closed.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality 3D renders, AR (Augmented Reality) tools, and technical specifications are accurate for online shoppers.
- Performance Marketing Liaison: Work with the marketing team to track ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and SEO performance specifically for furniture-related search terms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years in sales management, with at least 3 years specifically handling furniture exports or high-end interior e-commerce.
- Logistical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of export procedures, freight forwarding, and international payment methods (L/C, Wire transfers).
- Digital Savvy: Proficient in e-commerce backend tools (Shopify, Magento, or ERPs) and CRM software.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modular furniture construction to answer technical queries from global partners regarding shipping "Flat-pack" vs. "Pre-assembled" units.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English; proficiency in a second international language is a major plus.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Annual revenue growth from international accounts.
- Month-on-Month (MoM) growth in online sales and lead quality.
- Successful implementation of export-compliant packaging and logistics flow.
- Expansion of the international B2B partner network.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
