We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Banquet Sales professional for a restaurant/hospitality brand. The candidate will be responsible for generating banquet and event business, handling guest requirements, coordinating events, and achieving sales targets through corporate and social event bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate banquet and event business through corporate clients, social events, and walk-ins.
- Handle inquiries for birthday parties, corporate meetings, conferences, kitty parties, weddings, and private events.
- Conduct client meetings, venue show rounds, and event presentations.
- Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs), quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams for smooth event execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly banquet sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after events.
- Maintain banquet calendars and event records.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of banquet operations and hospitality standards.
- Ability to handle corporate and social event clients.
- Sales-oriented with target achievement capability.
- Good coordination and client servicing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banquet/event management systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in restaurant banquet sales or hotel banquet sales.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
