Job Summary
Resolve Associates is looking for a dynamic Collection Field Supervisor to manage and supervise field collection operations across Delhi & Noida. The candidate will lead field executives, monitor daily recoveries, ensure compliance, and achieve collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage field collection executives across Delhi & Noida.
- Assign daily field visits and monitor recovery performance.
- Ensure timely collections and achievement of monthly targets.
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Track field staff attendance, productivity, and route planning.
- Resolve escalated customer cases and support negotiations.
- Prepare daily MIS and recovery reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and client guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams for smooth execution.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field collections/recovery.
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi & Noida.
