Role Overview
This role is responsible for daily data accuracy, operational tracking, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Data Entry & Daily Reporting (Core Role)
- Maintain daily sales sheet in Microsoft Excel
- Update:
- Sales data
- Expense sheet
- Basic accounting entries
- Ensure same-day reporting (no backlog)
- Share daily summary report with owner
2. Billing & Documentation
- Generate daily bills/invoices
- Maintain proper transaction records
- Cross-check billing vs sales entries
3. Excel & Data Management
- Use:
- VLOOKUP
- Basic formulas (SUM, IF, COUNT)
- Tables for structured data
- Maintain organized and error-free sheets
- Follow predefined formats and task sheets strictly
4. Daily Planning & Calendar Management
- Enter all daily tasks into calendar
- Ensure:
- Tasks are scheduled, tracked, and completed
- No task is missed or delayed
- Maintain visibility of:
- Daily priorities
- Pending work
- Follow-ups
5. Meeting Coordination & Execution
- Schedule daily/weekly meetings with team
- Ensure:
- All relevant team members attend
- Meetings start on time
- Record:
- Key discussion points
- Action items
- Track completion of action items
6. Expense Tracking & Procurement Planning
- Maintain daily expense tracking sheet
- Monitor:
- Cleaning material usage
- Ration consumption
- Follow monthly ordering pattern
- Ensure:
- No stock-outs
- No over-ordering
- Coordinate with procurement/vendor when needed
7. Facility & Maintenance Monitoring
- Conduct daily facility checklist review
- Check:
- Equipment condition
- Cleanliness
- Repairs required
- Report issues and follow up until resolved
8. Cleaning SOP Compliance
- Verify daily cleaning checklist
- Ensure:
- Tasks completed properly
- Timelines followed
- Highlight gaps and report non-compliance
9. Attendance & Staff Tracking
- Maintain daily attendance records
- Track:
- In/out timing
- Absentees
- Report irregularities immediately

Experience & Qualification
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–2 years in:
- Data entry / back office / operations
- Freshers with strong Excel + discipline can be considered
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
