A leading home finance company is looking for Branch Sales Manager for Bengaluru (Banergatta & MG road), Madurai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada location in the salary range of 4 - 5.5 Lacs per annum.
The Branch Sales Manager for Home Loans is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategy within a designated branch. You will work towards leading the sales team with the primary responsibilities of achieving sales targets.
· Your key deliverables will be:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the organizational sales through market connections
- To proactively maintain regular engagement with key customers in line with business expectations.
- Creating and building own sales executives team of 2 members.
- Work closely with the sales team in evaluating profits for the organization.
- Coordinating in sales action plans for the individual sales executive.
- Ensure the effectiveness of own team members by reviewing their performance and activities on regular intervals.
- Increase productivity by motivating and empowering team members.
- Set clear objectives and expectations for team members and provide ongoing support and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
· Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in home loans into leadership position.
- Team handling.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to home loans
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
