Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.)
✔ Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
✔ Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI
✔ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
✔ Create and manage remarketing and lead-generation campaigns
✔ Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
✔ Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
✔ Identify new growth opportunities and digital marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition
Skills Required:
✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms
✔ Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
✔ Experience in healthcare, IVF, hospital, or service industry marketing will be an added advantage
Qualification:
✔ Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
✔ Google Ads and Meta Certifications preferred
