ABOUT PARTLEE PRIVATE LIMITED
Partlee is a Personal Relationship Management Company — a neutral custodian that counsels both partners through the life of a relationship and holds what they agree, with no stake in how it ends. Incorporated in 2026 as the innovation-led division of the LawCrust group, Partlee operates a consent-based private registry of prenups, live-in agreements, mediation, and divorce matters, working alongside a panel of empanelled advocates and mediators across India and, in time, the UK, US, UAE, Singapore, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Discretion is the product, not a marketing claim — and our office runs accordingly.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are not seeking a fresh graduate or someone learning the ropes. We are specifically looking for a seasoned, mature professional — ideally someone who has spent a career in administration, executive support, government service, the armed forces, banking, law, or corporate operations — and who is now seeking a meaningful, structured role that draws on a lifetime of experience.
Given the sensitive, personal nature of Partlee's work — counselling couples through prenups, mediation, separation, and cross-border matters — this role calls for someone with genuine emotional maturity and an instinct for discretion, not just administrative competence. If you are a retired officer, a seasoned personal secretary, a former bank manager, a senior administrator, or a professional who has managed complex and sensitive operations for decades — we would like to hear from you. We value wisdom, reliability, and quiet efficiency far above youthful energy.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will serve as the right hand of senior leadership at Partlee. You will be the organisational backbone of the executive's office — managing schedules, communications, documentation, and logistics with absolute precision and discretion. Given the personal and often delicate nature of client matters that pass through leadership's desk (anonymised matter codes, client correspondence, empanelled-firm coordination), this is a high-trust, high-responsibility role suited to someone who has "been there, done that" and brings genuine professional gravitas and emotional steadiness to the position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar & Schedule Management: Own and manage the executive's calendar end-to-end — scheduling meetings, client consultations, and travel itineraries with zero conflicts and proactive anticipation of priorities.
Correspondence & Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of leadership; draft letters, memos, and official correspondence with clarity, warmth, and precision.
Documentation & Records Management: Maintain well-organised systems for contracts, matter files, presentations, and confidential client and business documents — both physical and digital — under strict anonymisation and confidentiality protocols.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary interface between the executive and internal teams, empanelled advocates and mediators, vendors, and external stakeholders across geographies.
Travel & Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements including bookings, accommodation, visa documentation, and detailed itineraries.
MIS & Reporting Support: Prepare management information reports, performance dashboards, and presentation decks; support the executive in strategic review meetings with well-organised data.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle all business and personal information — including sensitive matters relating to clients' relationships and family circumstances — with the highest level of professional integrity. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including vendor coordination, procurement, and office efficiency initiatives at the Nerul office.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or higher (required); an MBA, LLB, or postgraduate qualification is advantageous A minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in administration, executive assistance, government/public service, banking, legal support, or a related field Retired professionals, ex-defence personnel, former civil servants, and senior banking or corporate professionals are strongly encouraged to apply Excellent written and verbal communication in English; working knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is an advantage Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace; comfort with digital tools is essential Strong organisational instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with composure A track record of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professional judgement
KEY COMPETENCIES WE VALUE
Institutional wisdom and mature professional judgement Exceptional written and verbal communication Emotional steadiness when handling sensitive personal matters Stakeholder management across diverse audiences Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through Discretion, integrity, and ethical conduct Calm, composed execution under pressure Time management and prioritisation at a senior level
