Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions professionally over calls
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve customer queries
- Negotiate payment plans while maintaining customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, collections, or voice process preferred
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
