- Test raw materials such as PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, and pigments for purity, particle size, and moisture content before they enter production.
- Audit suppliers and maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to ensure incoming materials consistently meet quality and formulation standards.
- Verify that machinery and production equipment are clean and free from previous batch residues to prevent cross-contamination.
- Monitor quality parameters throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain QA documentation, inspection reports, and records in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality Control teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
