About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Designer to join our Events & Exhibitions team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of exhibition stall design, event setups, branding, and space planning. Freshers with excellent design skills and software knowledge are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates should have hands-on experience in designing exhibition stalls, trade show booths, and event environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative and visually appealing exhibition stalls, booths, kiosks, pavilions, and event setups.
- Develop 2D concepts, floor plans, layout drawings, and presentation designs.
- Create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Understand client requirements and convert briefs into creative design concepts.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, fabrication drawings, and production files.
- Coordinate with the production, fabrication, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, graphics, lighting, and branding elements.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with venue regulations and safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest exhibition, event, and experiential marketing trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of exhibition stall and event design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar 3D software.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of fabrication techniques, materials, and production processes.
- Strong visualization and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of space planning, branding, and graphic integration.
Qualification
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates should have prior experience in exhibition stall design, event setup design, or retail environment design.
Preferred Experience
- Designing exhibition stalls, trade show booths, and custom-built structures.
- Creating fabrication and production drawings.
- Working with event agencies, exhibition companies, interior design firms, or experiential marketing agencies.
