Experience Required
- 6–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Banking Transactions
- Prior experience with a Real Estate Developer in Mumbai preferred
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Accounts Payable to manage vendor payments, banking operations, and compliance processes. The role requires accuracy, strong coordination, and the ability to handle complex transactions in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile balances regularly
- Monitor outstanding payables and manage payment schedules
- Handle daily banking operations including NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transactions
- Manage cash flows and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Coordinate with banks for reconciliations, queries, and compliance requirements
- Maintain records of agreements, invoices, and payment schedules
- Support internal and statutory audits related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with Procurement, Projects, and Finance teams for vendor management
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and banking transactions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage high transaction volumes
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com (with relevant experience)
