Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s products related to extrusion coatings, laminates, and paper packaging materials. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing product solutions, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the extrusion, packaging, and paper industries.
- Promote and sell products such as extrusion coated paper, laminates, barrier packaging materials, and specialty papers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, converters, and packaging manufacturers.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations to explain product features and applications.
- Coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and market feedback for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Support customers with technical information and product specifications when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or related field.
- Additional experience in paper, flexible packaging, or extrusion coating industry will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales within the paper, packaging, extrusion coating, or related manufacturing industry.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, paper grades, and extrusion processes.
- Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.
