Job Summary: We are looking for an Invoicing Executive with strong knowledge of
commercial processes, GST regulations, invoicing procedures, and compliance
requirements. The candidate should be proficient in SAP and possess good
communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and other applicable government norms
- related to invoicing.
- Verify commercial terms, pricing, taxes, and supporting documents before invoice
- generation.
- Maintain invoice records and ensure timely submission to customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other departments for invoice-related
- matters.
- Monitor invoice discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance requirements.
- Support audits by providing necessary invoicing and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports related to invoicing, billing, and commercial transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of GST, taxation, and government regulations related to invoicing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP invoicing modules.
- Strong understanding of commercial documentation and billing processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in invoicing, billing, commercial operations, or finance-related
- roles.
- Experience in handling customer invoicing and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
