As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development team to improve productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP CRM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with database concepts and performance optimization techniques related to SAP HANA.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
