Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets/units within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service standards, driving sales performance, and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage operations across multiple F&B outlets within the assigned area.
- Monitor daily sales, productivity, and operational performance.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, wastage control, and cost management.
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.
- Drive team motivation and ensure achievement of sales and service targets.
Requirements
- Preferred experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), Restaurant, Catering, Cloud Kitchen, or Hospitality industry.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
