Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive with a strong background in travel sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with experience in selling travel packages over the phone. Candidates from the Travel, Holidays or Tourism industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, holiday packages, Umrah/Hajj packages, and other travel-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Send travel package proposals, quotations, and itineraries via WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about packages and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Tele Sales with a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, or Travel Company.
- Experience in selling Domestic & International Tour Packages, Umrah/Hajj Packages, Visa Services, or Holiday Packages will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C Sales.
- Good knowledge of telesales processes, customer handling, and lead conversion.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
- Excellent presentation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Travel Sales, Tour Packages, Umrah/Hajj, or Hospitality.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and close sales.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
