Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and candidates in a courteous and professional manner.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and direct guests to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Maintain a tidy, presentable, and secure reception area.
Communication
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on a multi-line system; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage the company’s main email inbox and route messages appropriately.
Administrative Support
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and maintain office calendars.
- Order, track, and maintain office and kitchen supplies; liaise with vendors and building management as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Support the administrative team with travel arrangements, expense reporting, or other special projects.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
