Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials/services required by the company while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain purchase records and documentation
- Build and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3+ years of purchasing/procurement experience
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
