Role Overview
We are looking for an Architect with 5 years and above of experience to handle architectural design and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create architectural designs and drawings.
- Understand client requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review construction drawings and materials
- Site visits to monitor progress
- Manage timelines and resolve design or site-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Valid architectural license
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
- Strong design, technical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Proficiency in Revit preferred
Work Environment
- Office-based design work with on-site supervision
