- Perform testing of food samples as per standard methods and protocols.
- Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.
- Prepare reagents, standards, and test solutions.
- Record and review analytical data accurately.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, FSSAI, GLP, ISO 17025, and laboratory safety standards.
- Maintain calibration and documentation records of instruments.
- Assist in method validation and troubleshooting activities.
- Report out-of-specification (OOS) results to seniors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
