Role Overview
We are looking for Senior Sales Executive to manage customer walkthroughs and sales at our premium Sanitaryware and Bathfittings retail showroom in Trichy. In this role, you will interact with premium walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers, helping them select top-tier bathroom concepts, luxury wellness products, and designer fittings.
Key Responsibilities
· Consultative Sales: Welcome premium retail walk-ins, understand their requirements and guide them in choosing the right sanitaryware and bath concepts.
· B2B Networking: Connect and coordinate with local Trichy architects, Builders, Architects etc to secure high-value residential and commercial projects.
· Estimation & Closures: Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, cross-sell luxury wellness concepts, and close sales effectively.
· After-Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure damage-free delivery and smooth pre-installation support for clients.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 3–5 years of retail sales experience, specifically in sanitaryware, tiles, bath fittings, modular kitchens, or premium home decor.
· Communication: Fluent in Tamil and proficient in English
· Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Sanitaryware brands (e.g., Parryware , Jaquar, Kohler, Grohe, Cera, Hindware) is highly preferred.
· Traits: Excellent presentation, negotiation skills, patience, and a strong customer-centric attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
