Job Summary
Move with Digital is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate quality leads, schedule appointments, and support our business development team. If you have excellent communication and convincing skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Introduce our Website Design, Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
