We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead operations across all our brands, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
Position Summary
The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the complete operational performance of all DJRS Hospitality outlets, including restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong hospitality background who can drive profitability, maintain brand standards, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent service excellence across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
- Lead and manage operations across all restaurant brands, cafés, and cloud kitchens under DJRS Hospitality LLP.
- Ensure all outlets consistently achieve operational, financial, and service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and expansion plans.
- Standardize SOPs across all brands while maintaining each brand's unique identity.
- Conduct regular operational audits and outlet visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Financial & Business Performance
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Manage outlet P&Ls, food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Prepare and present MIS reports and performance reviews to the management team.
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction across all brands.
- Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Resolve escalated guest concerns professionally and implement preventive measures.
- Build a culture focused on hospitality, quality, and memorable dining experiences.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, Area Managers, and support teams.
- Build leadership capability through coaching and structured training.
- Partner with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, fire safety requirements, and statutory compliances.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and workplace safety.
- Ensure all company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed.
Expansion & Projects
- Support the launch of new restaurant concepts, cafés, and cloud kitchens.
- Coordinate outlet openings, renovations, and operational transitions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Projects to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple outlets or brands.
- Proven experience in premium dining, casual dining, cafés, or cloud kitchen operations.
- Experience handling multi-unit operations with strong financial accountability.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
