Position: CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management)
Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Promptly handle and respond to customer inquiries received through phone calls, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Telecalling & Nurturing: Reach out to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and introduce them to our home plans and ongoing projects.
- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to guide them through the decision-making process.
- Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to schedule site visits and consultations for interested clients.
- Data Maintenance: Update and manage client records, follow-up status, and lead data accurately in Excel/CRM systems.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship management, telecalling, or customer support (experience in construction/real estate sectors is an added advantage).
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and handling digital communication platforms.
- Attributes: Strong convincing skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
