Role Overview
The COE Analyst (P3) is an execution-focused role within the Third Party Program (TPP) Regional Center of Excellence, responsible for managing third-party compliance processes end-to-end. The role ensures consistent, risk-based, and audit-ready handling of third-party relationships while balancing global standards with regional requirements.

Third-party lifecycle management: Handle onboarding, renewals, updates, and terminations in line with policies and service levels.

Compliance & documentation: Review and manage required forms, certifications, and system records for accuracy and completeness.

Risk assessment support: Apply risk criteria, identify red flags, and escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately.

Monitoring & issue management: Track ongoing compliance, certifications, and remediation of risks or control gaps.

Contracting support: Ensure compliance readiness before contracts move forward and coordinate with Legal on issues or exceptions.

Stakeholder engagement: Act as a regional contact for business teams, provide guidance/training, and support adoption of new processes.

Data & reporting: Maintain high-quality data, contribute to KPIs, dashboards, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. At the Analyst III level, the role requires:
