- Learn and assist in full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, and networking channels.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Learn US employment terms, visa classifications, and recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
