Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bioinformatics Developer. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining bioinformatics pipelines, analyzing sequencing data, and supporting research activities through computational approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain bioinformatics pipelines
- Analyze sequencing data & ensure quality
- Collaborate with research teams
- Automate workflows (Python/Bash, Linux)
- Optimize tools & document workflows
Requirements:
- Degree in Bioinformatics/Biotech/CS or related
- Python, Bash, Linux skills
- MySQL/relational database knowledge
- Research interest & teamwork
