We are looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Executives to drive the growth of GIC Folks across SMEs, startups, manufacturing companies, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities for GIC Folks HRMS.
* Prospect clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
* Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with HR Heads, CXOs, Founders, Finance Managers, and Decision Makers.
* Understand customer challenges and propose suitable HRMS solutions.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM.
* Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful onboarding.
* Develop channel partners, consultants, and referral networks.
* Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, HR, or related discipline.
* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, ERP sales, HRMS sales, or technology solutions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
* Experience handling product demonstrations and client presentations.
* Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Preferred Experience
* Prior experience selling HRMS, Payroll Software, ERP, CRM, or SaaS products.
* Experience selling to SMEs, manufacturing companies, educational institutions, or corporate clients.
* Understanding of HR processes, payroll, attendance, and workforce management will be an added advantage.
