SUMMARY
The Lead – Program Communication will drive the strategic communication efforts for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves leading a team, overseeing content creation, and managing knowledge-sharing initiatives. The individual will play a key role in enhancing program visibility, developing impactful communication materials, and curating knowledge products to support advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based decision-making. Regular field visits will help capture insights and translate them into compelling communication outputs.

Ensure timely and high-quality production of program materials, including case studies, policy briefs, advocacy content, impact reports, and process documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in program communications, knowledge management, or advocacy with a minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in leading teams and collaborating across cross-functional sectors.
Proficiency in knowledge management systems and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to conduct field research and translate insights into engaging content.
