Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Consultant to provide strategic and technical guidance for real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, coordination, and quality while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project consulting for residential/commercial real estate developments.
- Review project feasibility, planning, layouts, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify project risks and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, building codes, and safety standards.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution plans.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide technical recommendations.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 8–12+ years of experience in real estate project planning, development, or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction methodologies, and development processes.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Preferred Profile
- Experience with reputed real estate developers or project management consultancy (PMC) firms.
- Strong understanding of township, residential, or mixed-use development projects.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
