Role Definition
The Senior Manager – CS will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing end-to-end IPO execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing robust processes and systems to support business growth.

Tasks & Activities
1. Process, Systems & Structure (PSS) Implementation
· Design and implement Process, Systems & Structures (PSS) to streamline IPO and merchant banking operations
· Develop and finalize SOPs/JDs in consultation with management
· Continuously monitor effectiveness of processes and introduce improvements
· Drive standardization and scalability of operations across projects
2. IPO Oversight & Project Management
· Monitor progress of all merchant banking assignments through structured dashboards
· Track stage-wise IPO progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable solutions
· Ensure optimal allocation and re-allocation of work across teams
· Oversee key milestones including DRHP filing, query status, and mandate execution
3. Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
· Lead interactions with regulators (SEBI, NSE, BSE) and ensure compliance alignment
· Coordinate with intermediaries (RTA, depositories, bankers, printers, etc.) and professionals (CA, CS, Legal, Analysts)
· Engage with promoters, KMPs, and internal teams for seamless execution
· Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and proper documentation of meetings
4. Compliance & Governance Oversight
· Ensure end-to-end compliance of IPO processes as per ICDR, LODR, and Merchant Banking regulations
· Oversee escrow transactions, fund utilization, and regulatory reporting
· Track compliance calendars, delays, and ensure corrective actions
· Maintain high standards of governance and audit readiness
5. Leadership, Reporting & System Management
· Drive daily reporting frameworks covering IPO status, queries, and compliance tracking
· Ensure effective usage of Bitrix24 for task allocation, monitoring, and minimizing delays
· Mentor Managers and guide teams to improve efficiency and output quality
· Take ownership of business outcomes and contribute to overall organizational growth
Education
Company Secretary (CS) – Mandatory
Experience
· 4-6 years of experience in IPOs, merchant banking, or secretarial compliance
· Strong expertise in SEBI regulations, ICDR, LODR, and capital market transactions
· Proven experience in handling end-to-end IPOs, stakeholder management, and regulatory interactions
· Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, processes, and large-scale projects
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
