We need a hands-on Project Manager who owns the site — not just manages it.
You'll be running multiple civil and interior fit-out projects end-to-end, from execution to billing to final handover.
What you'll handle:
- Site execution & problem-solving on the ground
- Measurements, billing & quantity verification
- Rate analysis & cost control
- Vendor coordination & team management
- Keeping projects on time and within budget
You're the right fit if you:
- Have proven experience managing multiple live sites
- Can work independently without hand-holding
- Understand the commercial side of projects — not just the technical
