We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor who can take responsibility for day-to-day site execution and ensure that the project is completed according to the approved drawings, quality standards and committed timeline.
The person will coordinate with carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams and other vendors and ensure smooth execution at site.
Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution
- Take day-to-day responsibility for assigned residential interior sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily site activities and coordinate different teams.
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
- Identify site issues and resolve them quickly.
- Ensure proper sequence of work between different trades.
2. Carpenter & Vendor Management
Coordinate and supervise:
- Carpenters
- Modular furniture installation teams
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- Painters
- False-ceiling teams
- Civil workers
- Other specialist vendors
- Allocate daily work.
- Monitor attendance and productivity.
- Ensure vendors follow company standards.
- Coordinate multiple teams without creating site delays.
3. Modular Furniture Installation
Strong practical understanding of installation of:
- Modular Kitchens
- Wardrobes
- TV Units
- Crockery Units
- Storage Units
- Bedroom Furniture
Ensure factory-manufactured furniture is installed correctly and matches the approved drawings.
4. Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Read and understand interior drawings.
- Understand plans, elevations, sections and furniture detailing.
- Coordinate with the design team regarding site-level technical issues.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Escalate design or measurement issues before execution.
- Ensure design intent is correctly implemented at site.
5. Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality checks during execution.
- Check dimensions, alignment, levels and finishing.
- Ensure proper installation of modular furniture.
- Check carpentry, laminate, edge finishing and hardware installation.
- Identify defects before final handover.
- Minimise rework and site-level errors.
- Ensure the site is delivered with the required finishing quality.
6. Site Measurement & Material Coordination
- Verify site dimensions wherever required.
- Check measurements before furniture installation.
- Coordinate material requirements with the office/team.
- Verify materials delivered to site against project requirements.
- Monitor material usage and minimise wastage.
- Report shortages, damages or incorrect materials immediately.
7. Project Timeline Management
- Follow the project execution schedule.
- Track daily progress against planned activities.
- Identify delays and communicate them immediately.
- Coordinate different vendors to prevent dependency-related delays.
- Ensure the project moves towards timely handover.
8. Client & Team Coordination
- Maintain professional communication with clients at site.
- Handle basic site-related client queries.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers and vendors.
- Escalate major client/design/technical issues to management.
- Maintain a professional and clean site environment.
9. Site Discipline & Safety
- Ensure proper housekeeping at the site.
- Maintain discipline among workers and vendors.
- Ensure safe working practices.
- Protect finished surfaces, flooring, walls and furniture during execution.
- Ensure tools and materials are properly managed.
10. Daily Reporting
Provide regular updates on:
- Site progress
- Work completed
- Work pending
- Manpower at site
- Material requirements
- Quality issues
- Site issues/blockers
- Rework
- Expected completion date
Maintain site photographs and basic project records.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on residential interior execution professional who understands how a home interior project is actually executed on site.
Preferred Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in residential interior execution.
- Experience with modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture installation.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and modular furniture installation.
- Experience handling carpenters and multiple vendors.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and civil coordination.
- Strong site planning and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to finishing and quality.
- Basic MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting skills.
- Kannada and English communication preferred.
- Hindi is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred due to travel between project sites.

The Site Supervisor should not simply monitor workers. He should actively ensure that:
Right Drawing → Right Material → Right Manpower → Right Execution → Right Quality → On-Time Handover
He should be capable of identifying a problem at site before it becomes a major delay or rework issue.

Compensation
₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
A strong candidate with proven experience in residential modular interiors, kitchen/wardrobe installation and independent site handling can be considered for a higher package.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the site and make sure the interior is executed correctly, on time and to our quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
