Job Description
Handle customer inquiries and provide logistics solution for export and import shipments.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the pricing team.
Follow up on quotations and convert business opportunities into confirmed shipments.
Coordinate with operations, documentation,carriers,shipping lines, airlines,and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Provide timely shipment udates and respond to customer queries.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities among existing customers.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience in quotation handling and customer coordination.
Good knowledge of freight forwarding, import amd export processes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
