Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage admissions operations across multiple school campuses.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
- Oversee the complete admission process, from enquiry generation to enrolment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents and stakeholders.
- Monitor admission performance, conversion rates, and branch-wise admissions data.
- Train, mentor, and support admissions teams across campuses.
- Plan and execute admission drives, school events, and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to strengthen student recruitment efforts.
- Ensure standardization of admission processes across all branches.
- Travel regularly across campuses to monitor and support admissions activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in K-12 school admissions.
- Proven experience in handling admissions for multiple school branches or campuses.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE school admission processes and enrolment management.
- Experience in leading and managing admissions teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving admission and enrolment targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
